HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR PRICES?

We manage to keep our prices down by cutting the middlemen - we ship our items directly from the manufacturers around the world, therefore there are no additional costs to maintain and handle the inventory. Keep in mind that these manufacturers might ship via Central and East Asia postal services.

Please note we only work with manufacturers we have approved and we have our QA team on top of them. You may find vendors out there offering a similar product for a lower price. Our key differentiator is to combine quality canvasses, quality paint and quality service with affordable prices. You may see this already from our site and collection. We set the bar high for ourselves to ensure we have a happy, returning customer base. 

Additionally we use an automated pricing system to update prices in order to keep our bottom line in order. Should you decide to purchase a product and notice a price increase, use the contact form to request the original price you have seen advertized. We will do our best to satisfy all our customers. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

To give you the best price possible, we work directly with our manufacturers. This means production might only start after your order. Luckily we all work in a 24/7 economy so we try to keep all delays to a minimym. Keep a maximum of 7 days for processing and then an additional 14-28 days for shipping in mind. This way we should not disappoint, but surprise you. We will ensure tracking is available as soon as the order is shipped and depending on our worldwide shipping partners aim to track all the way to your doorstep! 

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you ordered several products simultaneously, the orders might go through different manufacturers. In this case the orders may take different paths and not be shipped from the same location at the same time. However, after the first part of the order arrived it should not take long for the rest of the products to find their way to your doorstep. Note every product comes as an individually wrapped package and as such you will always have a full paint by numbers kit available with the arrival of every product.

Why is the canvas wrinkled?

Depending on the type of product order and the package process used by the manufacturer the canvas may come out with several wrinkles. Do not worry. This is normal. The weight of the paint will ensure the creases stretch out and give you a nice, smooth end product.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please contact us at the "Contact Us" form below and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note we cannot be held responsible for, or influence in any way, items undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or any disputes with the last-mile carrier (local postal service). 

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER OR MY ITEM IS FAULTY

Please contact us at "Contact Us" form below and refer to our returns policy below. We will do our best to satisfy all our customers and we believe in happy customers before happy stakeholders. You will always come firts. Tell us your issue and we will do all we can to make this your best dispute experience ever.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Contact us at "Contact Us" form below to obtain a return address
  2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  3. Cover your address label with our return address
  4. Return the package by using your local Post Office who will advise cost and obtain proof of postage.
  5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

THE PRODUCT/PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DID NOT MEET MY EXPEXTATION, WHAT NOW?

We do our utmost to ensure our product catalog and all descriptions are kept accurate and up to date. Sometimes a mistake may happen. In that case please contact us through the contact form immediately and we will show our appreciation for notifying us of our slip-up. If this happened after your order obviously we will look at a suitable compensation.
