What is painting by numbers?
Paint by number or painting by numbers are kits having a board on which light blue, gray or multi-coloured lines indicate areas to paint, and each area has a number and a corresponding numbered paint to use. The kits were invented, developed and marketed in 1950 by Max S. Klein, an engineer and owner of the Palmer Paint Company of Detroit, Michigan, and Dan Robbins, a commercial artist.
It's an activity which can be enjoyed by young and old. And now, with our custom paint by number kits, there is no limit to what you can paint! Start with a fun night of the bachelorette, or paint a family portrait with your loved ones.

Painting therapy
Paint by Numbers therapy has been used to get stressed people into a relaxed state, reconnecting with their innerself. As well as increased self-confidence, it has been said to improve motor skills, and help improve concentration. Although no official independent studies have been made on the exact effects, there is no harm in trying.
